I am running Win7 on an 8-Core machine, and 12 gigs of available RAM.
My VM is XP Pro [Fresh install of SP2, with SP3 update] given 2 Cores, and 4 Gigs of RAM.
I added a second Wireless keyboard/mouse [USB] to the system. The main keyboard/mouse is USB, and same brand, not model.
Both kbs/mice function fine, and do not conflict.
I gave the second set to XP, and SOMETIMES I have a mouse pointer, MOST of the time I do not. If I bring the XP mouse to the start menu, it lights up, I can click, go through the menus by watching each item turn blue, and even launch programs. But I don't have a pointer. What can I do?
