How to disable a deviant use of Virtualbox?
Posted: 19. Nov 2012, 10:42
I posted "Trial version of any software does not expire, how?" on 25 Oct 2012 and this was locked.
I am posting the same problem again by a different approach. Please help.
My previous post was simplified and causing suspicion. I'll tell my story now.
I am a widow with two children, a boy 15 & a girl 12 .
The boy's average grade was A since his first grade.
Starting a year ago, his grade dropped to an average F. Why? He started an online game. And he didn't pay for the software. By utilizing Virtualbox, he and his classmates can use the trial version of the software again and again.
I couldn't believe it at first. Surfing Google a few days for helpful information, I came across with something like BY THE SAME TOKEN, VIRTUALIZATION LETS YOU USE TRIAL VERSIONS OF ALMOST ANY SOFTWARE AGAIN AND AGAIN ON THE SAME MACHINE.
I have to stop him from indulging himself in this self-destruction game. But he is very rebellious boy. I, therefore, plan to stop him by a skillful method, and that is, by interrupting and/or corrupting his use of Virtualbox. For this purpose, I need to know how Virtualbox works in this aspect.
That's why I did the last post causing suspicion. I'll ask for help in a different way this time.
Would anybody please be so kind as to provide some information regarding how to INTERRUPT OR CORRUPT OR DISABLE SUCH A DEVIANT USE OF VIRTUALBOX?
By the way, his host is a desktop with Win 7 Pro. and the guest is also so Win 7 Pro.(maybe, not sure.)
Thank you very much!
