failed to create host-only network

I've used virtualbox4.1 for years and created several VM in it,
recently I tried to upgrade to 4.2 but can not create host-only network after installation.
And it left an unknown device with hardware ID "sun_VBoxNetFltmp" in device manager ,
which I can not uninstall, so I can not roll back to virtualbox4.1,
so what should I do?
