Hi all,
I'm new here (obviously by the post count lol) and new to virtual machines as a whole. I am currently doing an HNC in Computing and this is part of my module.
I have a windows 7 laptop, and the OS im trying to use in virtualbox is also windows 7. Im not sure if thats important but thought I would mention it.
Basically, as far as I know it installed ok and I was able to attached the ISO without any problems. But during the 'Starting Windows' screen, I got a Guru Meditation message that led me to here.
If you need anymore info outside of what I have mentioned and the log, please let me know, and thanks in advance for any help.

You are assigning more memory to the guest than you have available.

There is absolutely no way I would have noticed that.
I assumed since i was still in 'the green' section of the memory in the settings that it was ok.
Thanks very much, its working now.
