Does the VirtualBox Linux Guest support nvidia GTX hardware?

Post by pc123 »

I am using a CentOS 5 VM guest on a host with the nvidia GTX graphics card. Some of my applications need nvidia GTX.
If runs under the VM, then they come out the following error:
freeglut (particles): failed to open display 'localhost.localdomain:0.0'

I have tried to install VBox Addition and enabled 3D graphics accelaration, but those programs continue fails to run with the same error. Any solutions?
