Win7 64bit host access violation on docking station

Hi,
I have VirtualBox 4.2.4.0, on Windows 7 host running Ubuntu Server 12.10.
When I disconnect my notebook (HP 6910p with t7700 processor, 8GB RAM & ATI video) Virtualboox generates exception 0xc0000005 (access violation?) ans disapears.
There is no module name in Windows error log.
Any suggestions?
