Have anyone configured Windows Network Load Balancing on VirtualBox? I have tried to configure Windows Server 2012 DirectAccess with Internet connection with Bridged adapter. I'will get what a diffrent errors when configuring first node. Self signed IPv6 address is failing with DNS, etc...

Are you talking about load balancing or direct access? And what does it have to do with VirtualBox?
