Windows 7 guest resolution on Retina MBP

I have VBox running on a 13" retina MBP, but I can't get windows 7 as a guest os to run at the full 2560x1600 resolution.

any ideas.....

Did you install the guest additions (in the guest)?

I have installed the guest addons, that improved the situation but all the available resolutions are the wrong ratio.
Looks like a i need a retina monitor driver for the windows guest?

I've tried the CMD-R key combo to resize the guest to no avail.
