Windows 7 32-bit reboots when the VM is running

I have VitrualBox 4.2.4r81684 on Windows 7 32-bit with last updates.
I tried to install and run Win 2k8r2 and RHEL6 x64 as guest OS and my host OS restarts (reboots) automatically after sometimes guest system is running.
In this moment I don't get BSOD.
And host OS also does not create a minidump file.
I attach an attachment file with log guest OS after the collapse.
Please, help me for this problem.

You probably need to turn on IO APIC.
Also, 700MB seems a tad hopeful for a 64bit guest OS, though I haven't checked what RedHat's min requirements are.

I tried set size of memory over 1024 Mb, but I have this problem.

Yes, your host only has 1500MB or so available, so allocating more to the VM would be a problem. That doesn't change what I said earlier though. Basically, if you want to run these resource hogging guests then you need more resources.

VirtualBox crashed again with host OS.
I set checkbox IO APIC to Enable. I start guest RHEL. System rebooted again.
I set memory to 1048 Mb with IO APIC enable. I start guest RHEL. System rebooted again.
In all reboots host OS was have free memory over 500Mb.
First log in attached - IO APIC Enable and memory ~700Mb.
Second log in attached - IO APIC Enable and memory ~1048 Mb.
RHEL don't have any services. This is clear OS and no many memory or CPU or other utilization.
May be in VBox has a debug mode? But I do not know how to turn it on ...

Why would a slightly RAM-starved clean guest OS cause the host OS to freeze/lockup/whatever ?
@ Mc.Sim
Are you sure your hard disk where your VM images are is reliable ?

I'm having the same issue on my lenovo edge11 laptop after adding another 2GB ram to it.
My laptop is running win7 pro 32bit version with 2GB ram at first, and i installed both win7 ultimate 32bit & 64bit VMs to it.
Both VMs are running just fine until i added another 2GB ram to it. After the upgrade when ever i tried to start the 64bit guest, my laptop reboot.
The 32bit guest run fine tho.
Any ideas??
Thank you.
vm log attached.

Today I get reboot again.
With new hard disk. With all correct work equipment.
Symptoms reboot: at any moment the laptop freezes, then the screen goes black and the speakers rattle 1-2 seconds. Immediately after that, the laptop is turned off and - starts.
