Just some updates, i have tried exporting the 64bit win7 guest to .ova via virtualbox, then open/import the ova to vmplayer. The 64bit guest run just fine with vmplayer like the other 32bit guests in virtualbox!!! So i don't it has anything related to my new ram....

@McSim:

I see no substantial change in the log. You've bumped the RAM up from 700MB to 832MB, which I don't see making a big difference. If the problem is not memory shortage then I don't know what it is.

ps. only the latest log is needed, or at least whichever log contains the problem session. The logs from previous sessions (.1, .2, .3) are not needed unless asked for. Also, please stick to one problem at a time, otherwise it gets confusing. You started with the RedHat Linux VM, let's stick with that.

This time the host will work for about 30-40 minutes.
The log is attached.
But I think that the guest OS can not save the information in the log at crash.

during the fall of the host machine of free RAM was enough.

00:00:01.982294 Host RAM: 3055MB total, 1445MB available
00:00:02.375238 RamSize <integer> = 0x000000004b000000 (1 258 291 200, 1 200 MB)
Assigned to available ratio is too close. If the host decides to do anything there will be an overcommit and strange things will happen.

Perryg,
Thanx for answer.
But last reboot was when in host system will have over 1000MB free memory. And I don't run any tasks or software in this moment. I seeing static web-site in Mozilla, work with RHEL over ssh-client putty and I specially watched the level of free memory in taskmanager at this moment.

Is it a BSOD with instant restart ?

Try using this to see what error the Windows give :

Have you tried disabling hardware virtualization ? (VT-x/AMD thingy)

EDIT: Ah yeah, it is required for x64, oops.

Lets not cook any red herrings: VT-x is required if you want to run x64 guests.
