Hide VB Menubar

Hide VB Menubar
I just registered on this forum just to ask if someone may tell me how to hide the VB menubar that is usualy situated just where the guests taskbar is. Or may I at least move it somewhere else? It always pops up when I try switching between applications in my guest OS which is pretty annoying.
