Don't see File menu

Hi,
In my VM, I only see this

and don't have File menu inside that. Any advice?

That is the Windows Server pre-login screen. You won't see anything inside Windows Server until you log in.
The Host+Del key combination should bring up the login screen. It simulates the Alt+Ctl+Del combination inside the vm.

Thanks. But nothing happens after I've pressed Right Ctrl + DEL. No, for other VM, i can see File menu before I login.

You've probably activated scale mode (which stretches the windows' contents to fill out the video) without noticing - hit HOST+C (i.e. right ctrl + C) to get out of it.
