If you are trying to install another hypervisor in VirtualBox it is not going to work. VirtualBox does not support nested virtualization.

You download the OS yourself. If you want Debian go to Debian.org and get it, but read my last post. You will not be able to run a hypervisor in the guest.

ecouter je ne veux pas d'os je veux une version de virtualbox qui prend en charge linux debian (64Bits) au demarrage quand on crée une Virtual machine

comme quand on a 2 choix exemple windows 7 simple ou windows 7 (64 bits) C'est sa que je veux !! quand on choisis si s'est du 32 ou 64 bits quand on cree la Virtual machine

Do you do not see any 64-bit to choose from?
In that case you may not have VMX enabled in your bios. (hardware virtualization)
This is needed to be able to install 64 bit guests and if you do not have it enabled or your CPU does not support it then you will not be able to use 64-bit.

I have no idea. You need to find out if you have the ability to use hardware virtualization and if so enable it.
Look for something called hardware virtualization, VT-x/AMD-v. Sometimes they hide it in security.
