Hello all
I am having a problem with my VirtualBox running on my Macbook. I am booting a Linux system from an ISO so the IDE controller is set to the ISO file i have also added a SATA hard drive, the system loads up and operates fine however i don't see the hard drive anywhere, so, changes are not saved, updates are lost anytime the system is shut down.
Does anyone know why this might be? and how to 'enable' the hard drive for use so i can save and update. I dont know if this may be because i am booting from an ISO? I have another Linux system on the same Vbox which works fine, this system was booted from an ISO but had an install option within the ISO so its been installed on the created HDD for the system.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Scott
