I shared a folder on my seven hard disk and I put the same into virtualbox. When I try to access to folder from ubuntu I get permession denied.
if I do: sudo ls -l sharedfolder I get the files into folder by I am unable to access to them. I set complete control on the folder in seven and in the security tab I add to everyone

Are you supplying credentials when you connect from your linux guest?
"Everyone" means everyone that is authenticated, it does not include any guest account by default!

Also, did you allow file sharing in the firewall AND in the sharing properties of the network center?
By default these 2 are set to block file sharing.

firewall is down but the problem remain. I login with my username into ubuntu, no as guest.
I should add something in the security tab of windows folder I put everyone and System administrator my user...
I forget to say that my folder is readOnly and I cant remove the flag.

Sounds like you are using the automatic mount feature. In that case you need to add your user name to the (guests) vboxsf group.

See 4.3.2 Automatic mounting (guest additions) in your VirtualBox users manual.

Note: moving to Linux guest

The problem remain because even if I can access with sudo -i to shared folder I cant write into it, its protected in readmode the folder and I cant remove the readonly flag :|.
I try remove the flag in windows 7 but after I remove the flag it reappears :|

Choose another folder, or create a folder specific for shared data.

Nothing more I can say. OS specific issues should be directed to the forum of the OS.
