I just installed the new version of VirtualBox for Mac OS X, 4.1.23, and it solves a problem I have had for a year.
Accessing my host operating system's files used to be slow. Opening af folder in explorer could take seconds. Now it just works.
VitualBox is a great piece of software. Thanks again!
