Auto start VBox Windows8 after system boot Windows7

is it possible to make an auto start of vbox Windows 8 after system boot with Windows 7?

Is there a way to do this?

Who can help me i'm totally black for this feature.

Create a desktop shortcut (see manual), and add this to your startup folder.
