Installin XP on mac osx

hey guys,

iam very new with vmashines.

I try to install Xp on my mac book and i got it to the point where i need to confirm installation with F8 button.

The vm does not recognize the press of F8. But a step before that i used the keyboard without problem (needed to press enter to start installation)

I am using a apple key board , is this a problem?

any answer will be appreciated
