Hey, i am wondering, why does my computer lagg so much and is so slow when i have 2 virtual box machines open which install the windows os? That question might sound stupid, but my cpu usage only says 20% and ram usage 6.6 GB from 8 GB
That means it shouldn't lag at all right?, well it still does!
Can anyone explain me why? And maybe how i can prevent that? Thanks.

What about I/O bandwidth? If the CPU is spending all its time waiting for I/O to complete then of course it will show a low CPU percent. In general a low CPU figure doesn't always mean the PC is idle - it may just mean that something other than the CPU is the bottleneck.
