extensions where are they

Post by TCOTY »

Recently switched to openSUSE and just starting the VB configuration (cannot believe there is this much)
I am familiar with VB on 5 different OS and it was never this complicated.
At any rate I understand them all except downloading extensions from oracle site. Where are they, never had to do this before.
Not ranting just never expected this and at 80 a bit challenged :?: Please advise and thanks

At the moment, the Extension Pack link at https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads is broken (it points to http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... ox-extpack instead of the correct link which is http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... ox-extpack ). If you go into the directory http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.2.2/ , you can find and download the correct file.

That's not the "official" location from via the website. In fact, that location is not referenced from the download page.

Try from here: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
The download link that uses is this: http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... ox-extpack
And that is broken at the moment.
