Your VBOX os not isnstalled ok. Where do you have it from? Are you sure that kernel modules are installed correctly?

Pretty clear what the problem is. Your permissions are torked. You or some other program has changed the permissions of /usr and it is not root anymore. Fix this and everything will work.
