Infinite reboot windows xp 32bit guest on 64bit host

Hi
I have a virtualized an IBM's notebook with windows xp 32 bit (using Paragon GO Virtual).
It's all OK: that virtual disk is used for months on a netbook asus eee pc with Atom and Ubuntu 10 like Host operating system.
Now, I need to move the virtual pc on a computer with a larger monitor.
If you reuse the same virtual disk on another computer, I've copied virtualized Windows on new device, created a new virtual machine but Guest O.S. reboots continuously.
And it's possible access only in "safe mode".
I'm testing with a lot of new computer: DELL, HP, ACER all notebooks o workstations.
and with different hosts operating systems: Ubuntu 10 64bit, Ubuntu 12, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
The problem persists on all computers.
I also tried to disable the management processor from the registry of the client.
Has not been for nothing.
It 'never happened?
There is a procedure to transform the file virtualization from 32bit to 64bit?
Thank's
Massimo
