Unknown problem when using cygwin+ns2

OS:Win7
VirtualBox: latest ver.
Virtual Machine: XP sp3
First install cygwin, then install ns2, but complier always stops because of some errors.
Reinstall several times , it always stops, and error type changes every time.
But, in the vmware, install the same ISO of xpsp3, follow the same steps, ns2 can be installed successfully.

This is the link of cygwin 2.416 packet I use, but ns-allinone-2.29 is installed instead, not the ns2.27 in the packet.
