Zorin OS 6 32

Hello,

I am trying to install Zorin OS 6 32 bit on VirtualBox 4.2 and it does not work. Most of the time it freezes on install system directly if I get past that, it freezes with a white screen and then garbled lines and just hangs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My laptop is running Linux Mint 13 64 bit 2 GB of ram (5 years old) AMD Athlon 64 X2 1.8 Ghz (does not have Intel VT or AMD V so I disable those)
I try to allocate 800 NB to zorin instead of 512 but it still hangs
