Can't install Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.0-8073

Hi,

I have a macos version 10.6.8. I could install with success the new version 4.2.1.

I've downloaded the extension from here: http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... ox-extpack

When I try to install it I receive this error:

Failed to open the Extension Pack /Users/cvgaviao/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.0-80737.vbox-extpack.

RTZipGzipDecompressIoStream failed: VERR_ZIP_BAD_HEADER

I've download lot of times and from different browsers.

could someone point me what am I missing?

Well, it's the same extpack that everyone else downloads, and I haven't noticed a rash of complaints about files being corrupted at source.

Rather than speculate, I suggest you compare the checksum of your download against the published checksum from the download area. That will tell you if your download is being corrupted.
