No "First Start Wizard" after first boot

I just created a new virtual machine, for which, reading the documentation, the first boot should come up with a "First start wizard". No such thing happens, the screen just says:

FATAL:No bootable medium found! System halted.

How to tell VirtualBox then what iso to use? Do I specify this in Settings->Storage?

SOLUTION:

You have to go to

Settings -> Storage

and add the iso image to the IDE Controller (one of the plusses).
