I followed the USB dialog to detect ATEN UC-1284B Printer Cable [0202]020 , but Mhy guest windows XP did not detect it under host windows 7.

USB is the wrong path anyway. Let the host drive the printer, then turn on printer sharing which lets the guest access over the network (bridged or host-only).
That way, both guest and host can use the printer.

In what sense is "no use" used? Printer sharing is set up on your host, not in the VM settings. All you need to do in the guest is configure a working network connection in the same domain or workgroup as the host.
This is really a networking config problem, nothing muh to do with virtualization. I suggest you Google for generic info on how to network a Mac and a PC together, with printer sharing.
