How to Configure the best settings for the windows xp guest os?
I found that some settings can not be disable
Example:
Vt-x/AMD-V
SATA Controller

There are no "best settings". It always depends on what you are want to do with the guest. The RAM size for the guest has to be high enough.

VT-x (hardware support for virtualization) can only be successfully enabled if your host hardware supports it, and nothing else is already using it.
XP does not have native support for SATA drives - select IDE in your VM recipe. You can always install third party SATA drivers at a later date (see HOWTO forums), but frankly I doubt you would notice much difference.
