Hey,

So my setup is I have a Windows 7 media pc which I want to run FreeNas on (through Virtual Box).

I have 5 * 3TB drives which need to be available to FreeNas. I was initially doing this through VMWare workstation but it doesn't support disks > than 2TB.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to do this? I can't figure out how to add the drive to the VM. I tried using the command:

Code: Select all

VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename c: \Users \sunuser \.Virtualbox \VDI \mydrive.vmdk -rawdisk \ \ . \PhysicalDrive0
But the problem with that was I could only figure out how to get that to work for the C: drive. I don't want the vmdk on the other drives.

Thanks for any and all help!
