Can't start the Debian Installation

I have a problem, and i really can't find help in the net, also not at my friends.
I start Virualbox and a Linux Debian Server, have the image, but when i come to the Boot menu, and press Enter at Installation (at Grafic Installation the same) and then my Window freezes. The installation don't starts, and i really dont know why.
Can somebody help me?
