Problem when using cmd+<somekey>

With the latest hotfix 4.2.1 when I do cmd+e (ex: to start Explorer in a Windows XP guest) it starts Explorer but also inputs the character 'e' in the current focused application (ex: Notepad). This also is true for any other cmd+<key> combination.
