I have a iMac running two virtual machines. I would like one to start at login hidden or start on a different "space" then the other. I have tried the headless option, but I can't get the guest XP VM to start.
If I do get headless working can I use VNC to connect into it and control it from another computer or does headless mean the guest has no gui at all?
I figured out how to assign different desktops "spaces" to apps but since both are named VirtualBoxVM they both move to that screen. Is there a way to assign that? Or if I could have the one assigned as "hide" in OSX? I told it to hide in the users startup, but that didn't work. It only hid the app in user startup. I wouldn't need to go headless then if I could get one of these options to work. The problem is both are named "VirtualBoxVM" when they are running.
I'm running 10.8.2 and VB 4.2.0
Any help is great.
