Re: VirtualBox critical error
It's not a crash I recognize, and the only references I see to this error seem to be old - 2009.VBox.log wrote: 00:00:36.391 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see you are using 3.1.4 (BugTracker ticket 5622 claims a fix for this in 3.1.2). I suspect it's a little late to submit bug reports for that version, and that the devs will expect you to have tested a supported version. 3.2.14 was the most recent release from the v3.x branch.
The only concrete suggestion I've found to work around it was to enable VT-x in this VM, if your host supports it.
