Several issues with Windows XP Guest OS on Windows 8 Host

Well, let's start this:

First off, I can't make shared folders, I do add them, but they don't show up in the Windows XP explorer.exe
Second, VB doesn't want to use/doesn't detect that Hardware Virtualization has in fact been enabled, therefore there are some options that I cannot access - Fixed thanks to these two guys
Lastly, The seamless mode button is greyed out

Here is what I have tried to do:
Restart host several times, install VBOX Guest additions several times (both in and out of Safe Mode)

Dunno how to give you the logs, the file size is too big when in a txt, and they exceed the character limit on this forum

Please see the Windows 8 host sticky in this forum. That is the only place Windows 8 as a host can be discussed, until such time as Windows 8 officially exists, and VirtualBox officially supports it.
