Virtualised Dell PC alway boots into the utility partition?

I have used Acronis to produce a virtual disk image of an old Dell XP PC.

The conversion process went fine. However, everytime I attempt to start the XP guest OS it boots into the Dell Utility partition.

Any ideas how I can get this to boot into the active XP partiton?
