Connexion problem of Apple Mobile Device

Hello there,
I cannot connect my usb device of "Apple Inc. Apple Mobile Device (DFU Mode)" to the Virtual Machine. I want to get it work for updating my Iphone with Itunes. Here is the error message when i try to activate the device :
