Reinstalling Virtualbox - don't loose guest systems

Hi,
I have problem described viewtopic.php?f=7&t=51719
I really have to use USB connection to VM as soon as possible.
I think about reinstalling Virtualbox and here is my question:
if I remove Virtualbox and install it again, my guest machines will be visible and I would start it normally?
