USB audio Creativ sb0270

Sorry my English!
Guest and host is XP!
VirtualBox-4.1.22-80657
If I am install USB audio Creativ sb0270 and use in the guest.
USB audio is default audio device.
I see:
IF I run any Player (Media Player Classic), guest - not response (power off virtualBox Manager not work!).
Then I need restart Host.
It's been change?
In VMware it's work fine!
