Host: caribou
Archlinux - Linux 3.5.4-1
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
RAM: 1GiB

Guest: Zomby
Windows XP Pro SP3
RAM: 400MB

I have installed DellVoice on the guest and it need the audio port 13000 open to work.

NAT/Router Ok

On host:

Code: Select all

$ netstat -a
[...]
tcp        0      0      caribou:13000           *:*                     LISTEN
[...]
udp        0      0      *:13000                 *:*
[...]
I have follow the instruction here (balise fail) but that doesn't seem to work.

Code: Select all

www dot virtualbox dot org/manual/ch06.html#natforward

Code: Select all

$ vboxmanage modifyvm Zomby --natpf1 "dellvoice,tcp,,13000,,13000"
On guest via cmd:

Code: Select all

And when I tested the DellVoice software, I got the following error "unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available."

Any help welcome
