ubuntu 12.04 not installing

not sure what's going on; have used ubuntu as a guest OS many times on vbox without problems. tried to install it again (must have lost the old HD file) and can't even reach the installer.

I tried 3 times and it generated 3 logs that stop at different points. Not sure what's going on. anything specific I should look for in 500 kb of logs?

system is an Intel 2500k on Windows 7. I disabled VT-x, and can't remember if there's anything else I have to do. My winxp VM works fine with the same settings.

If you want help then let us see the complete logs, not snippets. Post as a zipped attachment please.

fixed issue by reducing the amount of ram I gave the vm.
