Guest Addiction on Ubuntu Server 12.04

I have tried many times to install on ubuntu server 12.04 guest addictions, I followed all the tutorials available but does not work.
Does anyone know by chance if there is a tutorial that is known to work on ubuntu server 12.04.
The language is Italian

Look into the "Tutorial" Section / "Linux guests" in this forum.

But if you ask again: It is not helpfull to say "does not work".

Be exactly!

Post your input and output word by word, then there is a chance to say whats going wrong.

All other ways have no chance and to "does not work" is nothing more to say than "drink a coffee. does not help but youre feeling better".
