Failed to create a new session

Hi All,

I just updated my virtualbox software to the latest version (4.1.23) and now I cannot start my Windows 2003 Server VM. I receive the following error when trying to start the VM:

Failed to create a new session.

Callee RC: NS_ERROR_FACTORY_NOT_REGISTERED (0x80040154)

Not sure if this error is related to the update or I do remember that the system crashed once with the VM open on the screen.

Any ideas how I can get this VM working again?
