OS X fails to install...

i'm following this guide: lifehacker(dot)com.au/2012/08/how-to-run-mac-os-x-on-any-windows-pc-using-virtualbox/ but when i get to the install part, it starts installing and right before the install is done i get a message saying the install failed...
what could be causing this?..

i'm gonna buy it as soon as i get it to work... what i've found of guides and stuff tells me i need hacked iso to install it... is that not true?..
