Compressed image is corrupted.(VERR_ZIP_CORRUPTED)

Hello.

I have a very big problem with virtualbox.
I have two different servers (FreeBSD & Windows 2003) with too much my work files without backups. I make two .OVA backup files with their server and after moving to new window will restore, but when i try it -> i get error VMDK: Compressed image file is corrupted (VERR_ZIP_CORRUPTED).

Can anyone help me, how to restore backup files? In this servers i have too much development project, what cost too much money. And i dont have backups, because with 2 year of works with VBox, i don't have any problems...

I very need help to restore files, i can't make from zero all project Please, help.

(Sorry for my english, I'm russian.)

P.S -> I try restore in Windows, and Ubuntu, and get same error anyway.

How are you doing the restore? You're doing an import, right?

Other than that, have you some reason to believe that the error message is false?

I'm import .ova files via import function of VBox.

And now i have one idea, what my old system has been installed with IDE SATA, after reinstall i change to AHCI. Now i will try change back to IDE and try import files. And can tell me, what does this error and under what conditions it appears. I was looking through the source code with the error, but the full details are not seen.

Again nothing now (( i change SATA to IDE, how it was before and install old system with all settings how it was...But again get this error Help, how to restore this system or just bring the files from compressed VMDK?

Thread is closed. I just mount a VMDK file as remote hard disk in VBox and now i can run system and download all files what i need.
