I have problem with one of virtual machine it's start and working OK, but when I need to export it it give me this error:
"Could not create the clone medium d:\sharepoint.vmdk (VERR_EOF)

When I try to open this VDI in CloneVDI it give me error too: "Source file corrupt - block map contains errors"
Can anyone help me?

I think the only thing that can help you is a backup. It sounds like the VDI file has been corrupted. "Block map contains errors" means that the block map contains references to parts of the file that don't exist - and the other message about hitting eof (end of file) while copying essentially means the same thing: the VDI file has been truncated somehow.
Did you perhaps copy this VDI? That's the usual way they get truncated - aborted download, copying via a FAT32 external drive, that sort of thing.
You could try running Disk2VHD from inside the VM, but I suspect it too will give errors when it attempts to touch the "outer" parts of the disk.
