First time user and the first time install of VirtualBox 4.2 .

Trying to install VBox on a Toshiba L305 Laptop with AMD processor with Windows 7 Ult x64 OS

I start by clicking "NEW" and everything goes well following the wizard until I need to create the Virtual Hard Drive.
I chose "FIxed" for HD type and 25GB for space. I have 150GB of free space on the drive.

When I click on the "CREATE" button I get the following message every time.

Failed to create the hard disk storage C:\Users\Anne\VirtualBox VMs\Test\Test.vdi.

Could not create the medium storage unit 'C:\Users\Anne\VirtualBox VMs\Test\Test.vdi'.

VDI: disk would overflow creating image 'C:\Users\Anne\VirtualBox VMs\Test\Test.vdi' (VERR_DISK_FULL).

Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)
Component: Medium
Interface: IMedium {29989373-b111-4654-8493-2e1176cba890}

What am I doing wrong or what is wrong?
Help Please.... Anne

Why are you creating a fixed size image?

Anyway, check again how much free space you have on that partition. If you insist that you have enough space, then please post a screenshot of the properties dialog for your host C: drive (the dialog that shows a pie chart of used space vs capacity).

Found MY problem.

My USERS directory is not located on drive C.
VBox was trying to use C:/USERS/, and drive C does NOT have the space or the directory.
The error message was correct.. I goofed.
