Unable to attach USB drive

I am running Windows 2008 R2 in Virtual Box on Windows 7 as the host , it all works fine but I am unable to access my USB drives as I need to install few files from my USB drive.
Please see attached image when trying to add USB. just for information, I did install "Extension Pack" add in features and have installed SDK too but nothing is helping me to access USB.. Please help.
