Dragon DNS Medical in Virtual Box
I run both VM Fusion as well as VBox virtual machines on my mac. For some reason when I dictate into Dragon DNS MEdical v11 in VBox, the audio somehow sounds rapid and distorted on playback, thus lending itself to poor recognition. This doesn't happen in Fusion. I prefer to use VBOx because it generally has less problems and runs faster using far less memory. Anyone have any thought on why this may be/settings to change?

Accurate data sampling (i.e. audio recording) requires an accurate time reference, which is hard to do when you're sharing your time reference with a host PC, and you don't even know it. I don't know how VMware Fusion can get around that.
