VB 4.2.0 OSX host 200% CPU on 2-cpu w2k guest?

VBox 4.2.0 on an OSX 10.6.8 host.

A Windows 2000 client with 2 CPU configured always uses about 200% of CPU (as reported by the OSX Activity Monitor) even if the client seems to be idle...
