virtualbox bridged network driver cause ie10 hang

win8 pro x64 rtm + ie10 rtm
virtualbox 4.2.0 r80737

a page is many picture use picasaweb ssl,ie10 load this page is offen hang and 100%cpu,I have tried many of the solutions it always like this.
today I test unload virtualbox bridged network driver, ie10 load that page is ok every time, then I test reload virtualbox bridged network driver ie10 load that page is hang again.
so I think virtualbox bridged network driver maybe have problem.

Why a VirtualBox problem? Why not suspect an IE 10 problem? The latter sounds a lot more likely given the symptoms.

In any case please note that Win8 is not yet a supported host OS AFAIK - or a supported guest for that matter.
